Delivery typically takes:

3–5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia
5–7 working days for East Malaysia

Please note that delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

📦 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Malaysia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer COD for international orders at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! 💖 If you receive the wrong or damaged item due to an error on our part, we’ll happily offer a free exchange or a full refund — no extra cost to you.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (like changing size, design, or color), the postage fees will be covered by the customer. Please make sure that the items are:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
Not worn or washed

We kindly ask that all returns or exchanges be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve.
